Shipping & Returns

We ship most of our orders via Royal Mail.

Some local orders will be delivered by our own delivery service.

Orders that go astray cannot be replaced until Royal Mail have investigated the missing item this can take up to 3 Months, once royal mail issue us with this report we can then redo your lost order.

Orders over certain amounts will calculate insurance in with the postage costs.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed. However during busy times such as Christmas and other major holidays it may take a couple of extra days depending on order volumes.

If for some reason your order is going to be delayed we will contact you with a reason and an expected date of shipment.

POSTAGE RATES

Orders to UK   

All orders under £50.00 will be charged £2.50  

Most UK orders will be sent via Recorded Delivery.

Orders to Europe   

All orders under £50.00 will be charged £3.00

Orders outside Europe  

All orders under £50.00 will be charged £3.50 

All other postage charges can be viewed in the cart before checkout.

RETURNS

You can return any product you are not happy with to us within 7 days of purchase. 

Please retain all packaging as products will need to be in original condition and packaging for a refund to be given.
